OUR PROMISE

 We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective or incorrect items for Exchange or Return. 

 RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We happily accept returns and exchanges of unwashed and unworn merchandise with original packaging with no deodorant, make-up or other liquid stains within 30 days of purchase. 

 

 

METHODS FOR  EXCHANGES & RETURNS

To begin

1. Click "LOOKUP ORDER" and enter your order number and email above. Select the items you're looking to return or exchange and fill out the necessary details.

2. Ship both your return or exchange items with the original packing slip using the system-generated prepaid label. 

 

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

  • When will my item ship? We will ship your pre-ordered item on or before the estimated ship date. The estimated ship date is located in the product description .
  • What are the shipping methods? We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard shipping, express shipping, and overnight shipping.
  • What happens if I need to change or cancel my pre-order? You can cancel your pre-order at ANYTIME and or change to another color or style at ANYTIME.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY 

Exchanges - There is NO restocking fee for Exchanges. All Exchanges are free

Returns - A flat rate restocking fee of $9.89 USD will be deducted from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the Return Policy.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Exchanges - At this time we do not offer item exchanges outside the U.S. To exchange an item for a new size or color you must place a return for the unwanted item(s) and place a new web order for the desired item(s). Your returned item will be processed and refund granted to original form of payment as long as the item meets our return policy terms. 

Returns -  The full cost of the return label in USD will be deducted from the refund amount on all returns outside of the U.S. subject to the Return Policy. 

CREDIT

  • ALLOW 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER
  • Allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing
  • WRONG ITEM, COLOR OR SIZE

    If we shipped you the wrong item, you will not be charged a restocking fee.

    To Begin

    1. Process an exchange or return and send an email to returns@mimscrubs.com including a picture of the incorrect item, packing slip and order number.

    2. Ship your return or exchange items with the original packing slip using the system-generated prepaid label. A team member will contact you.

    • Returns & Exchanges will not be processed if the return portal is not used  
    • All Embroidered items are final sale. 
    • Clearance items and Apparel are Final Sale 
    • Millennials In Medicine is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges for returned items.
